Which product should I start with?
If you only buy one thing, start with the Shampoo & Conditioner Set. If you're ready for the whole routine, the Combo For All has all five products at the best price.
Is the shampoo really sulfate-free?
Yes. The Moisturizing Shampoo is a gentle, sulfate-free wash. It won't lather like a drugstore shampoo, and that's the point: it cleans without stripping curls dry.
Does the conditioner contain silicones?
No. The Hair Conditioner and Leave-In Conditioner are silicone-free, so they add moisture instead of coating the hair.
How often should I use the Treatment Mask?
Once or twice a week in place of your regular conditioner. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes under a cap, then rinse.
Will this work on my hair type?
The line was created for wavy, curly, coily and coarse hair, including hair that's been colored or chemically treated. If you're unsure, send us a message and Zia will point you to the right product.

What if something arrives damaged?
